Chromatin analyses at the micro- and nano-scaleWe analyse the spatial distribution of RNA Pol II and that of candidate chromatin marks using STED imaging and Imaris-driven image analysis. Comparing the spatial patterns in dark-grown vs light-grown Arabidopsis seedlings, we identified a light-induced spatial reorganisation of transcripion factories in the nucleus. Now we go on looking for the mechanisms driving this reorganisation- Keep tuned!
